Change to Support

To enhance our customer support experience, we have moved to an appointment-based system. This change guarantees that our customers will be able to talk to a support representative during a scheduled time instead of the less effective "back-and-forth" of voicemail. Our customers will continue to have access to our support portal for training videos and other solutions, as well as support ticketing for more urgent needs.
