Adjusting spacing allows you to add ‘white space’ around the content in the area. We provide two ways of doing this. The first is with Margin and the second is Padding.

Margin applies to the outside of the content. In the case of content overlapping a border, margin does not correct this problem, it only moves the entire content. In this case the text is moved closer to the image on the right. You will notice an offset of the content from the header of the editable area equal to the option I chose which was left 30px.

Padding adjusts content within the area from the outer edges. This can correct issues such as overlapping text on a border, or be used to constrain the width and height of the content. I have added 10px of left padding to the area and you will notice that my text no longer overlaps the border.
